Palliative care study

A study focusing on the experiences of nurses who provide palliative care is taking place at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, part of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB).

The aim of the study is to understand the roles and experiences of nurses who are caring for patients at the end of their life. The qualitative research study will involve informal interviews, where light refreshments will be provided.

UHB Nurses with at least one year’s experience of providing palliative care are invited to take part.
