Cardiomyopathy UK warmly welcomes all healthcare professionals with a specialist interest in inherited cardiovascular conditions to its second Professional Study Day of 2025.

The programme has been designed by Dr William Bradlow, Cardiology Consultant at UHB, and will take place on Friday 18 July, 09:00-17:00 at The Exchange in Birmingham.

As healthcare systems increasingly prioritise prevention, the importance of screening continues to grow. At this event, experts from the Warwick Screening team will delve into the principles, ethics, and policies that shape screening practices.

Leading cardiologists will then describe the practicalities of screening for different inherited cardiac conditions (ICCs).

The day will conclude with presentations exploring how ICC screening might be delivered in the future. CPD points will be applied for, and attendance is completely free.
